Privacy requests

Adeeba Zaki is the Privacy Officer for Salah Reminder. Requests to access or correct personal information can be sent to the support address. We may need to verify your identity.

Reminder troubleshooting

• Confirm notifications are enabled for Salah Reminder in device settings.
• Check Focus, Do Not Disturb, notification summary, and battery restrictions.
• Open the app after changing location, calculation method, time zone, or reminder preferences so the schedule can rebuild.
• Remember that Salah Reminder intentionally does not deliver stale reminders after a prayer window ends.
